In episode 60, Nick Mothershaw, Chief Identity Strategist at the Open Identity Exchange, joined #LTADI to discuss the Open Identity Exchange (OIX) and its involvement in the Global Assured Identity Network (GAIN), as well as the OIX Trust Framework 2022.
“The GLEIF have a role to play in identifying who that organisation is, both in terms of parties providing information, but also consuming information and being the identity asserters themselves where it’s an organisational ID.”
Nick is Chief Identity Strategist at the Open Identity Exchange, a community for all those involved in the ID sector to connect and collaborate. Together they develop the guidance needed for interoperable, trusted identities on a global basis. Through OIX’s definition of, and education on, Trust Frameworks it creates the rules, tools, and confidence to allow every individual a trusted, universally accepted, identity.
