Registration Agents
Strategic relationship with RapidLEI and the recognition in the GLEIS
This program is for organizations that either have existing LEI customers, or offer company registrant services and have clients that require LEIs. Registration Agents (RA) offer vertical or local expertise and register LEIs on behalf of their clients.
RapidLEI automates the application and issuance so there is no need for Registration Agents to invest in resource heavy administration processes when registering LEIs. RAs can benefit from:
- Improved workflow functionality such as bulk order processing, streamlined Authority management
- Ability to resell the EnterpriseLEI solution for Banks and Enterprise
- LEI API for application integration
- Top tier discounts, including multi-year support and payment monthly
- Ability to act as connector to Validation Agents and offer the upcoming vLEI Verifiable Credential
Maximum exposure and lead opportunity:
RapidLEI coordinates a license with the GLEIF which allows the RA to display the GLEIF logo and refer to themselves as an “Official Registration Agent” of Ubisecure RapidLEI within the GLEIS as well as being listed on the GLEIF website as a recognized RA. RAs are governed under the GLEIF RA Governance Framework.
Partners are also licensed to use a RapidLEI Official Registration Agent logo, link to a custom RA Partner profile page and get listed in the global RapidLEI Partner Directory.
Validation Agent Partners
FIs, Banks, & Trust Service Providers register LEIs during KYC workflows
The GLEIF VA framework is a role in the Global LEI System (GLEIS). It enables FIs, Banks & TSPs to leverage and enhance existing validation processes to consolidate the usually separate workflows for KYC, AML & LEI issuance. VAs realise a variety of cost, efficiency and customer experience benefits by leveraging existing KYC and AML processes by obtaining an LEI for customers when verifying a client’s identity during initial onboarding or during a client refresh.
The RapidLEI platform and its API can be integrated into existing KYC and AML workflows to automate both the validation of legal entity validation data and the subsequent registration of the LEI with the GLEIS, all in real-time. This unique approach ensures VAs gain entity data validation enhancements and register only accurate LEIs that meet GLEIS data quality requirements. VAs using RapidLEI with the VA framework enhance the overall reliability of KYC data in general.
VAs are integral to the chain of trust in upcoming vLEI Verifiable Credential solutions, and qualified VAs may issue vLEI.
VAs can be onboarded via RapidLEI Registration Agents & Certified Partners.
Client Agents

This program is for organizations that have clients that require LEIs, often as part of other service delivery. Unlike RAs, Client Agents (CA) do not need official role recognition within the GLEIS.
RapidLEI automates the application and issuance so there is no need for Client Agents to invest in resource heavy administration processes when registering LEIs. RAs can benefit from:

- Ability to resell the EnterpriseLEI solution for Banks and Enterprise

Referral Partners
Customers order directly – obtain special discounts for your customers
Become a RapidLEI Partner and make it easy for your customers to obtain LEI at a pre-agreed discounted price. Just obtain your own LEI (or we can provide a custom code), then we provide referral tracking links to simply direct customers to your own branded ordering page hosted by RapidLEI rather than get involved in the LEI ordering process.
It’s easy: post the order link on your site, via custom buttons or email it to customers via campaigns and newsletters so that your customers can enjoy LEIs at a discounted price. Referral Partners can also gain access to API for automated onboarding and application integration.
