We recommend choosing the multi-year option to benefit from longer LEI active periods. If you choose 2-5 year LEIs, we automate the annual renewal process, removing the risk of lapsed LEIs. The automated checking process ensures the Legal Entity data remains fresh and in compliance with GLEIF standards each year, but without the need for onerous involvement from the LEI holder. Multi-year LEIs also have discounts vs. buying one year at a time.
LEIs registered with other LOUs must first be transferred to RapidLEI before they can be renewed by RapidLEI. Click Transfer LEI to initiate a Transfer request. It is free to transfer an LEI to be managed by RapidLEI.
The price includes all LEI fees, including the (current) GLEIF fee of $11 per LEI, making buying from RapidLEI highly cost effective. If VAT is applicable to your jurisdiction, the VAT amount will be presented during the application process.
RapidLEI accepts credit card payments for individual Legal Entity Identifiers. For volume / bulk LEIs, we have developed the EnterpriseLEI solution. Buying in bulk (for both your own organization or your clients) awards discounted pricing and invoiced based purchasing. EnterpriseLEI includes expedited LEI service and tools for discovery, bulk upload, automated renewal, and API access.
